Lisa has worked as a Breath Coach and Healing Bodyworker, as well as coaching people for over 2 decades. She loves helping people get un-stuck and have fun as they grow and release blocks!
Erica has worked as a Social Worker, Special Needs Caregiver and Human Design Practitioner. She loves helping people learn more about themselves and befriend their emotions and find the true unconditional love within themselves!
